Marti & Carlo’s beautiful, Boho Summer Elopement in Italy was an absolute dream. The backdrop of Lake Garda with its calm lake and towering mountains made for stunning photos. Plus, I loved the chance to help them plan their Italian Elopement, connecting them with some of Milan’s best wedding vendors.
Intimate Wedding Photography from Heather & Olaf’s dreamy Italian elopement, somewhere between Trieste and Slovenia. Neither of them had ever pictured themselves having a big wedding, and so they decided to elope in the port town of Trieste, and host a dinner with their closest friends at a nearby Osmiza – one of the region’s hidden farm-to-table restaurants.
Connie & Jonathan chose to trust that they’d love Milan just as much as they’d loved the other Italian cities they’d visited, and came here for the first time for their Pre-Wedding Portraits. We spent a fresh November morning exploring Milan’s historic centre, laughing, dancing and stumbling upon their dream dog who even posed for a photo with them.
When Steph told me she & Fabio were getting married at Sestri Levante, I already knew it would be a dreamy day. Centered around the Bay of Silence, their wedding was a celebration of family, friends and food. Not to mention, the Italian Riviera made the most amazing backdrop for their Destination Wedding Photography.
Becky & Cal’s Sustainable Backyard Wedding in Nedlands was truly an epic event to have been a part of. Asides from the fact that they chose to host a plastic-free wedding, using as many sustainable vendors as possible, they also handled the day with an unending sense of style, grace and love.
Friends organised gifts in the form of personalised vouchers for their honeymoon in Sweden, Fabienne’s great Aunt woke up early to pick flowers fresh from her garden to create sweet bouquets and table decorations, and Will & Fabs exchanged beautiful custom rings engraved with the pattern of the stairs where Will proposed…
After not much sleep, at 6am, the 5 of us piled into a car and headed out to Clifton Beach, where we met their celebrant and got things underway. The heat was searing under one of Cairns’ rare blue skies, but we smiled & laughed our way through the beautiful ceremony and were on our way to find breakfast near Port Douglas not much more than an hour later.
