Documentary Wedding Photography for the Wild at Heart

"You want to be able to remember this day, and all that it holds, forever."

You’re getting married!! Congratulations! Whether you’re planning a 200 - people wed-fest over a long weekend at Donnelly River, or a sweet backyard wedding with 50 of your favourite humans somewhere in the suburbs of Perth, or an intimate elopement in a place that is special to you, I’m sure your wedding will be a day to remember

Even if you haven’t figured it all out yet, there is one thing you’re sure of... You want to be able to remember this day, and all that it holds, forever.

You want to remember the beautiful breakfast spread and the quiet nerves of the morning, the excitement of the congratulations from everyone you love (or just a few close friends) after you’ve said ‘I do’, and the beautiful dinner or big old party that comes after (or hey, porque non los dos?!). And of course, you want to remember the quiet, hilarious, intimate moments during your portrait session, when you’ll have time to focus just on each other and the amazing commitment you just made!!

That’s where I come in.

More than just your Perth Wedding Photographer!

Your Wedding Photographer in Perth, Australia

I promise to document your Perth wedding celebrations in the most beautiful way I know how – capturing the love, the laughs, the joy – so that you can not only look back on these memories forever, but so that you can share them with family, friends, and even future generations to come.

And I won’t stop there! I will also do everything I can to make sure you have the Perth wedding celebration you always dreamed of.

I’ll share everything I know with you about planning a wedding (with almost 10 years of photographing weddings under my belt, I’ve learnt a thing or two!). I’ll share my preferred Perth wedding vendor list with you, recommending only the best of the best, so that you have the gorgeous day you’ve been dreaming of. And I’ll help you scout out the best Perth portrait locations beforehand to make sure you get the very best photos on the day.

"I will do everything I can to make sure you have the Perth wedding celebration you always dreamed of."

Oh hey, that’s me!

I’m a Perth Wedding Photographer who’s passionate about sharing the wonders of life with the people around me. I believe there is always joy to be found and beauty to be discovered, and I truly think that life is one great adventure. These days, I divide my time between Perth, Italy and Portugal

  • in Italy, I photograph intimate weddings and Italian elopements (and always eat too much)
  • in Portugal, I work with small makers & brands, edit photos, and surf every day, and
  • at home on Whadjuk Noongar land (Perth, Fremantle and the South West), I capture love fests of all shapes and sizes – whatever is true to you and fills your heart with joy.

That said, I’m officially taking bookings for December 2023 to February 2024, and November 2024 to March 2025 in Perth, Fremantle and Down South, and I’d love nothing more than to take your Perth Wedding Photography for you, so that you can look back on your epic day for life.

about rhianna may

"The best photographer we could have asked for..."

Rhianna was the best photographer we could have asked for at our wedding. The quality of her photography is fantastic, but more importantly, she is really adept at making you feel at ease in front of the camera and getting the best photos out of you. She is both professional and fun to work with. Highly recommended!
