Intimate Wedding Photography from Heather & Olaf’s dreamy Italian elopement, somewhere between Trieste and Slovenia. Neither of them had ever pictured themselves having a big wedding, and so they decided to elope in the port town of Trieste, and host a dinner with their closest friends at a nearby Osmiza – one of the region’s hidden farm-to-table restaurants.
Em & Jett created the kind of wedding I love – one where they hold onto the traditions dear to them, and let go of the things that don’t matter. They weren’t concerned with the right way or the usual way, instead holding true to ‘you do you’. When Bron & Pete got engaged, they told me straight away that the main focus was their guests, “this is the only chance we’ll probably ever get to have ALL of our favourite people and our families in ONE place! Think about that!” With that in mind, they booked out Donnelly River, one of my favourite Wedding Venues in Western Australia.
They were married in a beautiful, classic ceremony at Quarry Farm in Whitby, nearby to where we all grew up, in a room filled with childhood friends and extended family – a tight knit, longstanding community all eager to witness Glen & Kara’s new beginning and commitment to one another.
Friends organised gifts in the form of personalised vouchers for their honeymoon in Sweden, Fabienne’s great Aunt woke up early to pick flowers fresh from her garden to create sweet bouquets and table decorations, and Will & Fabs exchanged beautiful custom rings engraved with the pattern of the stairs where Will proposed…
