Back in 2015 I shot a trio of weddings that were all delightfully colourful – from Keeya’s bright bouquets to Jordon’s red dress, and last but not least, Aimee’s incredible blue hair.
It was also during this time that I began to appreciate so much more weddings filled with personal touches, no more so than at Aimee & Rory’s Perth wedding.
Aimee’s dress was designed and handmade by her friend, Mez Kuk, another friend arrived in the morning to do her hair & makeup, they were married by Rory’s Aunty, and they trusted me and the Wildest Weddings team to put together the styling, blooms & photos for the day so that they could finally forget all the planning and have bucket loads of fun instead.
They were married at Harold Boas Gardens, before partying long into the night at the Flour Factory – a celebration for their family & friends as much as for them. And as always, what a true pleasure it was to be a part of <3
If you’re interested in having me photograph your wedding – analogue or digital – please do get in contact! I’d love to capture your day for you & yours to look back on for years to come!
